In partnership with Eckerd Connects, and Lutheran Services of Florida, SailFuture provides dependency case management services to the highest-risk teens in foster care in Pinellas and Pasco counties.
They have been referred to SailFuture for specialty case management services because existing providers have been unable to meet their unique needs and manage their challenging behaviors.
Our teens’ complex trauma leads to challenging behaviors. Our team focuses on interpreting and decoding those behaviors to understand the underlying message.

We're always looking for qualify and compassionate adults to help serve teens in foster care.
A more recent project is SailFuture Academy, a St. Petersburg foster care agency that is opening a vocational high school this fall for lower-income who have become disengaged in traditional high school settings.
The program will focus on giving students career skills in a real-life environment.
