A smooth transition for teens aging out of foster care.

SailFuture’s independent living program provides structure, community, and support to young adults making the transition from foster care to adulthood.

Youth have the option to stay in a shared 3-bedroom home or a shared 2-bedroom apartment, both located in St. Petersburg nearby other SailFuture programs.

While in our independent living program, youth continue to receive wraparound services and support from the SailFuture team.


Eligiblity Criteria

18 - 21 years old
Gender: Male and female
Eligible for Extended Foster Care or independent Living
Stable enough to independently
